Now, before I dive into the details of this post I just need to disclose that I was very much traumatized in this very garden. A bird basically flew into me and although I try to limit my bird-prejudice to pigeons, it was not a welcomed encounter *cringes*. Regardless, the show must go on. I intern in the city near Millennium Park, so I wanted to share one of my work outfits in this post. I’m wearing a bold-printed romper paired with a bright blue cardigan. I tried to keep it playful, yet professional, because I don’t think work clothes need to be boring, or limit your ability to express your style. I am also wearing black tights and black, chunky heels. I kept it minimal with accessories and carried a black and white purse. I love this bag because it fits everything I need for work and you can carry it as a shoulder bag, or use the long strap to make it a crossover. I really let “blue” drive the theme of this outfit. You never know what you can draw inspiration from!
